Privacy policy
The short, honest version. This page is a working draft and should be reviewed by counsel before launch.
What this site collects
This website uses a self-hosted Matomo installation, Google Analytics, and PostHog to understand which pages are visited, how visitors arrived, and general browser and device information. Matomo is configured to respect your browser's Do Not Track setting and not set tracking cookies. Google Analytics and PostHog may use cookies and process online identifiers, including IP address, to provide their reports. PostHog also records how pages are used (which elements are clicked, where a page is scrolled, and a replay of the interaction) to help us find broken and confusing pages. Values you type into forms are masked before a replay leaves your browser, and we do not build a profile for you unless you identify yourself to us. We have disabled Google signals and ad-personalization signals, do not use advertising pixels or social media embeds, and do not sell analytics data.
The contact form
If you submit the contact form, we receive the information you typed: your name, email, company, and message. We use it to reply to you and for nothing else. We do not sell, rent, or share it, and we do not add you to a newsletter you didn't ask for.
Server logs
Like nearly every web server, ours records standard access logs (IP address, requested page, timestamp) for security and reliability purposes. Logs are retained briefly and reviewed only when something needs investigating.
Questions or removal requests
Email support@netfxtech.com and a person will answer. If you want correspondence you've sent us deleted, say so and we'll confirm when it's done.
